Participation Advance definition
Participation Advance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(d).
Participation Advance means as is specified in Section 2.8(c)(iii).

Each applicable Lender's payment to Agent pursuant to Section 2.14(c) shall be deemed to be a payment in respect of its participation in such Letter of Credit Borrowing and shall constitute a "Participation Advance" from such Lender in satisfaction of its Participation Commitment in respect of the applicable Letter of Credit under this Section 2.14.

Participation Advance means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender’s payment in respect of its participation in a Letter of Credit Borrowing according to its Ratable Share pursuant to Section 2.10.4 [Repayment of Participation Advances].
