Project Power and Energy means Firm Hydroelectric Power and Energy produced by the Project.

  • PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or "PJM" means the privately-

  • Repower means to replace an existing engine with a newer, cleaner engine or power source that is certified by EPA and, if applicable, CARB, to meet a more stringent set of engine emission standards.
