Professional Fee Claims Escrow Account definition

Professional Fee Claims Escrow Account means an escrow account at JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., or such other U.S. financial institution acceptable to the Committee and the Debtors, established by the Debtors on or prior to the Effective Date for the payment of Professional Fee Claims in accordance with Article 9 of the Plan.
