Product Extortion definition

Product Extortion means any threat or connected series of threats to commit Malicious Product Tampering, for the purpose of demanding Extortion Monies, communicated to the Insured(s).

Product Extortion means any Malicious Product Tampering involving a demand for monies (monies include cash, monetary instruments, bullion, or the fair market value of any securities, tangible property or services) communicated to the Insured.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
