Original Holders definition

Original Holders shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Original Holders means each of Chris Wolfe, Steven Hochberg, Dr. Mohit Kaushal, Dr. Gregory Sorensen and Dr. Susan Weaver.
Original Holders has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
