The Private Placement Units and Option Private Placement Units, if any, are substantially identical to the Firm Units, subject to certain exceptions.
The Underwriters are hereby granted an option (the “Over-allotment Option”) to purchase, ratably in accordance with the number of Firm Units to be purchased by each of them, up to an additional 2,100,000 units (the “Option Units”), the net proceeds of which, together with the proceeds of the Option Private Placement Units (as defined below), will be deposited in the Trust Account, for the purposes of covering any over-allotments in connection with the distribution and sale of the Firm Units.
