Priority Services Register definition

Priority Services Register means the register of details for customers who have special needs or a disability that means they need extra support or are vulnerable. We provide a range of extra services to customers on this register to meet their needs. Quarter means a period of three consecutive months starting on one of 1 January, 1 April, 1 July or 1 October.
Priority Services Register means a list established and maintained by an electricity distributor which contains the details of Priority Services Register Customers;

Examples of Priority Services Register in a sentence

  • Installers receive training that would enable them to have an understanding of the definition of vulnerability, are able to identify potential cases of vulnerability, and any guidance offered is responsive to the needs of Vulnerable Customers (e.g. Priority Services Register).

  • This won’t apply: • where you’re on the Priority Services Register (see sse.co.uk/help/accessibility/ priority-services-register for more information); or • if we agree that digital communications are not appropriate to you due to circumstances beyond your control.

  • You agree to pay our reasonable costs for moving the meter unless the unsuitable position was our fault or you are on or eligible to be on our Priority Services Register.

  • You may be eligible for our Priority Services Register for a number of reasons ranging from a chronic illness or disability to a change in your personal circumstances.

  • If you tell us, or we believe that you or another member of your household are in need of extra care, we will record that information and store it on our Priority Services Register in order to ensure you get the service you need.

  • The licensee must set up and maintain practices and procedures to identify Domestic Customers who may be eligible to become PSR Customers as a result of its customer interactions, and offer to add them to the Priority Services Register.

  • Therefore, A9.4 – A9.8 should only include customers who are on the Priority Services Register.

  • Customers do not necessarily have to be on the Priority Services Register to receive registered services.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under section 147 of the PPSA. PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Xxx 0000 (Cth).

  • Claims Register means the official register of Claims maintained by the Notice and Claims Agent.

  • International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

  • Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Security Register and "Security Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 305.

  • Submittal Register means a list provided by Contractor of all items to be furnished for review and approval by A/E and Owner and as identified in the Contract Documents including anticipated sequence and submittal dates.

  • Legitimate educational interest means the need for a school official to review an education record in order to fulfill his or her professional responsibilities.

  • Securities Register and "Securities Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 5.4.

  • Loan Register Defined in Section 5.4(n).

  • Stock Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Corporation by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the AMPS.

  • Note Register shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.

  • Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.
