Priority 2 Service definition

Priority 2 Service is the level of service for each of gathering, compression, dehydration and treating on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System that is secondary only to Priority 1 Service on that Xxxxxxx Gathering System.
Priority 2 Service. Level: Workaround < 24 hours Solution < 48 hours Update Intervals: 2 hours Priority 2 is a problem that causes SERIOUS business and/or customer impacts that could include outages of applications that are used by a small percentage of the user community or billing errors (either by magnitude of the error or by the number of customers impacted) that affect or have the potential to affect large numbers of customers. These problems could have severe revenue or company image impacts if not corrected immediately. Priority 2 problems could impact a concentrated section of the customer base & results in: Impacting customer service by a critical application experiencing degradation AND no workaround is available Impacting customer service by a recurring problem that is not resolved within 24 hours AND no workaround is available Placing commitments at risk AND no workaround is available Having the potential to jeopardize public trust AND no workaround is available Examples: Billing files not sent to the LEC or Sterling Application errors (preventing user from completing an activity) NDM is down Major billing errors (overbilling or underbilling on bills in process) Xxxxxx.Xxx outage/SOS outage Service Level: Once the appropriate group is notified, the problem will be fixed, with a workaround, within 24 hours. The problem will have a full resolution within 48 hours. The resolution group will call the Help Desk with status updates every 2 hours (or less if applicable) until the problem is resolved or there is a resolution plan and estimated time of resolution.

  • A Hard Outage has Priority 1 service restoration priority with the exception of Hard Outages for Off-Net Silver and Bronze which have Priority 2 Service restoration priority.

  • A Hard Outage has Priority 1 service restoration priority with the exception of Hard Outages for Off-Net Silver which has Priority 2 Service restoration priority.

  • A Hard Outage has Priority 1 Service restoration priority with the exception of Hard Outages for Off-Net Silver, which has Priority 2 Service restoration priority.

  • If capacity on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System is curtailed or reduced, or capacity is insufficient for the needs of all shippers desiring to use such capacity, the holders of Priority 3 Service will be curtailed first, the holders of Priority 2 Service will be curtailed next, and the holders of Priority 1 Service shall be curtailed last.

  • Priority 2: Service Expansion: A transit operator may request operating and capital funding to establish new routes, extend existing routes, or implement new types of transportation services.

  • Should at any time during the duration of the Term of this Agreement, the Network fail to meet the service specifications set forth in Schedule C subsection 6, subsection (b) for a period of thirty-days following the report of a Priority 1 or Priority 2 Service outage to the Supplier, then the Customer may terminate the affected Service(s) at the affected site(s) without penalty, upon provision of written notice of termination of the identified site(s) to the Supplier.

  • To utilize remote connection assistance, you must provide us with the appropriate access and necessary equipment. Some services may require us to store, process, and access your customer data.

  • If capacity on a Midcon Gathering System is curtailed or reduced, or capacity is insufficient for the needs of all shippers desiring to use such capacity, the holders of Priority 3 Service will be curtailed first, the holders of Priority 2 Service will be curtailed next, and the holders of Priority 1 Service shall be curtailed last.

  • If capacity on a Springridge Gathering System is curtailed or reduced, or capacity is insufficient for the needs of all shippers desiring to use such capacity, the holders of Priority 3 Service will be curtailed first, the holders of Priority 2 Service will be curtailed next, and the holders of Priority 1 Service shall be curtailed last.

Related to Priority 2 Service

  • Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure

  • Priority area means the portions of the qualified incentive area

  • priority date means the date of the earlier application that serves as the basis for the right of priority provided for in the Paris Convention;

  • Priority habitat means a habitat type with unique or significant value to one or more species. An area classified and mapped as priority habitat must have one or more of the following attributes:

  • Priority Non-Tax Claims means any Claim, other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim, entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Priority Tax Claims means Claims of governmental units of the kind specified in section 507(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Priority Claim means a Claim that is entitled to priority in payment pursuant to section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code that is not an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim.

  • Priority Tax Claim means any Claim of a Governmental Unit of the kind specified in section 507(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Seniority Date The date on which a Participant has:

  • Priority Non-Tax Claim means any Claim other than an Administrative Expense Claim or a Priority Tax Claim, entitled to priority in payment as specified in section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Security Distribution Due Date The date upon which a particular Security Distribution is payable to the holder of the related Mortgage Security in accordance with its terms.

  • Priority Payables means, as of any date of determination: (a) the full amount of the liabilities of any Borrower at such time which, except for liabilities associated with Permitted Encumbrances (i) have a trust, deemed trust or statutory lien imposed to provide for payment or a security interest, pledge, hypothec, charge or other Lien ranking or capable of ranking senior to or pari passu with the Liens granted to Agent on the Collateral under federal, provincial, municipal or local law in Canada or (ii) have a right imposed to provide for payment ranking or capable of ranking senior to or pari passu with such Obligations under local or federal law, regulation or directive, including, but not limited to, claims for unremitted and/or accelerated rents, taxes (including sales tax, goods and services taxes, harmonized sales taxes and withholding taxes), wages, withholding taxes, VAT and other amounts payable to an insolvency administrator, employee withholdings or deductions and vacation pay, severance and termination pay, workers’ compensation obligations, government royalties, pension fund obligations or any amounts representing any unfunded liability (whether or not due), solvency deficiency or wind up deficiency with respect to any defined benefit plan for Canadian employees which could become subject to a trust, deemed trust or statutory lien, in each case, to the extent such trust, deemed trust, statutory lien, security interest, hypothec, charge or other Lien has been or could reasonably be expected to be imposed as determined by Agent in its sole discretion; and (b) the amount equal to the percentage applicable to Inventory located in Canada that is part of the Formula Amount which Agent, in its Permitted Discretion, considers as being, or is reasonably likely to become, subject to retention of title by a supplier or a right of a supplier to recover possession thereof, where such supplier’s right has priority over Agent’s Liens securing such Obligations, including, without limitation, Eligible Inventory subject to a right of a supplier to repossess goods pursuant to Section 81.1 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) or any applicable laws granting revendication or similar rights to unpaid suppliers or any similar laws of Canada or any other applicable jurisdiction.

  • Priority Lien Cap means $1,950.0 million.

  • Distribution Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;
