Prior Loan Documents definition

Prior Loan Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 1.10(c).

Prior Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prior Credit Agreement.

Prior Loan Documents means, collectively, the loan documents evidencing and/or securing the Prior Loans.

• This Agreement, as amended and restated hereby, and each of the Prior Loan Documents remain in full force and effect and are hereby reaffirmed in all respects to the extent not superseded by and/or in conflict with this Agreement and the Loan Documents.

• Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement shall be construed as a release or other discharge of any Loan Party from any of its obligations or liabilities under the Prior Facility Agreement and the other Prior Loan Documents or any of the security agreements, pledge agreements, guaranties or other loan documents executed in connection therewith.

More Definitions of Prior Loan Documents

Prior Loan Documents means the Prior Loan Agreement and any and all other related documents entered into in connection therewith, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Prior Loan Documents has the meaning specified therefor in Section 6.29.

Prior Loan Documents means those documents listed on Schedule 8.1(b).

Prior Loan Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.01(d).

Prior Loan Documents means, collectively, the Prior Credit Agreement, all guarantees and other Loan Documents (as defined therein).
