Primary Metering System definition

Primary Metering System. All meters and metering devices designated as the primary used to measure the delivery and receipt of Net Energy Output and Dependable Capacity in accordance with Schedule 5.
Primary Metering System. All meters and metering devices owned by JPS and used to measure the delivery and receipt of Net Energy Output and Dependable Capacity.

  • If JPS conducts a physical reading of the Primary Metering System, it shall permit a representative of the Company to witness and verify such reading; provided, however, that the failure of the Company to send a representative to witness any such reading shall not affect the validity of such inspection or test or reading.

  • If JPS conducts a physical reading of the Primary Metering System, it shall give reasonable prior notice to the Company of the time when such reading will be done.

  • Upon commissioning the Primary Metering System but prior to the first synchronization of the Facility, the Company shall not access, read, reconfigure or otherwise tamper or interfere with, nor cause any person other than JPS to access, read or reconfigure the Primary Metering System.

  • Testing, inspection, repair, recalibration and replacement of the Primary Metering System and Backup Metering System shall be performed by the Parties in accordance with Schedule 5.

  • In the event that the tests indicate that the Primary Metering System is inaccurate by more than the maximum limit of inaccuracy as stated in Table 2 of Schedule 6, any payments made by EVN to the BOT Company that were calculated on the basis of the inaccurate metering devices shall be retroactively adjusted by a payment or credit on the next invoice.

  • The Company shall design, finance, construct and install the Primary Metering System.

  • JPS shall promptly take all reasonable actions to accept and take transfer of such Primary Metering System.

  • After the Commercial Operations Date, JPS shall be responsible for (a) the operation and maintenance of the Primary Metering System, (b) the operation and maintenance of the auxiliary and interconnecting equipment on the JPS side of the Interconnection Point and (c) coordination of switching operations of the Interconnection Facilities, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Operating Procedures, Prudent Utility Practice and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and ordinances.

Related to Primary Metering System

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output. The Metering System shall be owned and maintained by the Company.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Primary dose monitoring system means a system which will monitor the useful beam during irradiation and which will terminate irradiation when a preselected number of dose monitor units have been delivered.

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages Hardware for Programs and other software.

  • HVAC System is defined in Section 6.10(a)(v).

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Monitoring System means a system established by BNY to fulfill the Responsibilities specified in clauses (d) and (e) of Section 1 of Article III of this Agreement.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • MERS(R) System The system of recording transfers of Mortgages electronically maintained by MERS.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Metering Date for a Billing Period, means the midnight of the last Day of the calendar month.

  • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);
