Net Energy Output definition

Net Energy Output means the net electrical energy expressed in kWh that is generated by the Facility and delivered to the Delivery Point, as measured by the Metering System or the Back-Up Metering System, as the case may be, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Net Energy Output. – means the Net Electrical Energy delivered by the Project during a given period of time measured in kWh at the Delivery Point.
Net Energy Output bears the meaning ascribed thereto in the Power Purchase Agreement; “Non-Restoration Event” bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11B.1(f);

More Definitions of Net Energy Output

Net Energy Output bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement;
Net Energy Output means net energy delivered by the Seller for sale to the Purchaser at the Point of Supply in accordance with the Purchaser's Dispatch as measured in accordance with Clause 8.3.
Net Energy Output means the energy output delivered by the Facility and accepted by GPA during a given period of time measured in kWh by the Metering System at the Delivery Point (including Excess Energy Output).
