Previous Collective Agreement definition

Previous Collective Agreement means the Collective Agreement constituted under the Public Education collective Agreement Act, S.B.C 1998, c.41, that was in effect between the parties for the period July 1, 1998 to June 30, 2001, including any amendments agreed to by the parties during that period.

Previous Collective Agreement means the terms and conditions of employment established by the “Transitional Collective Agreement between the B.C. Public School Employers’ Association (BCPSEA) and the British Columbia Teachers’ Federation (BCTF) for the period June 17, 1996 to June 30, 1998, as such terms and conditions apply at June 30, 1998.
