Agreement Year means such period as the parties may from time to time determine; provided the first Agreement Year under this Agreement shall be the period from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005.
Collective Agreement means any collective bargaining agreement, labor contract, letter of understanding or letter of intent with a labor organization certified as the collective bargaining representative of the Business Employees.
transition year means the financial year of an issuer or business in which the issuer or business changes its financial year-end;
Termination Year means the calendar year in which the Employment Period is terminated.
Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.
Collective Agreements means collective agreements and related documents including benefit agreements, letters of understanding, letters of intent and other written communications (including arbitration awards) by which the Company and any of its Subsidiaries are bound.
Payment Year means the calendar year during which the applicable Initial Year Payments or Annual Payments are due pursuant to subsection V.B. Payment Year 1 is 2022, Payment Year 2 is 2023 and so forth. References to payment “for a Payment Year” mean the Initial Year Payments or Annual Payment due during that year. References to eligibility “for a Payment Year” mean eligibility in connection with the Initial Year Payments or Annual Payment due during that year.
Service credit year means an accumulation of months of
Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.
Assessment year means the period of twelve months commencing on the 1st day of April every year;
relevant year means a year commencing at 00:00 hours on 1 April and ending at 23:59 hours on the following 31 March;
Basic generation service transition costs means the amount by
Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.
Agreement Period means the period between the Agreement Date and the Expiry Date, unless terminated earlier on the Termination Date;
Earnable compensation means the full rate of the
Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.
Three-Month Term SOFR means the rate for Term SOFR for a tenor of three months that is published by the Term SOFR Administrator at the Reference Time for any Floating Rate Period, as determined by the Calculation Agent after giving effect to the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions. All percentages used in or resulting from any calculation of Three-Month Term SOFR shall be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one-hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with 0.000005% rounded up to 0.00001%.
Projected Annual Benefit means the Annual Benefit as defined in subsection (2) above, to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:
(A) the Participant will continue employment until the Normal Retirement Date under the Plan (or current date,if later) and
(B) the Participant's Compensation for the current Limitation Year and all other relevant factors used to determine benefits under the Plan will remain constant for all future Limitation Years.
Available Master Servicer Compensation With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the Master Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, (b) interest earned through the business day preceding the applicable Distribution Date on any Prepayments in Full remitted to the Master Servicer and (c) the aggregate amount of Month End Interest remitted by the Servicers to the Master Servicer pursuant to the related Servicing Agreements.
Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.
Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.
Relevant Year t means the Financial Year for the purposes of which any calculation falls to be made; "Relevant Year t-1" means the Financial Year preceding Relevant Year t, and similar expressions shall be construed accordingly;
Administrative Agreement means the agreement described in subsection 1.2 (1); (“accord d’application”)
Previous year means the year immediately preceding the current year.
Reasonable compensation means, with respect to a regularly employed officer or employee of any person, compensation that is consistent with the normal compensation for such officer or employee for work that is not furnished to, not funded by, or not furnished in cooperation with the Federal Government.
