Borrower Agreement definition

Borrower Agreement means the Export-Import Bank of the United States Working Capital Guarantee Program Borrower Agreement between Borrower and Bank.
Borrower Agreement shall have the meaning provided such term in Section 3(a) hereof.
Borrower Agreement means the Borrower Agreement of even date herewith by and between the Borrower and the Lender in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
