Prequalification Analysis definition

Prequalification Analysis means the evaluation of Consumer Data with respect to a prospective loan applicant for the purpose of evaluating such prospective applicant's qualification for financing, other than in connection with a Mortgage Loan Application.
Prequalification Analysis means the evaluation of Consumer Credit Data with respect to a prospective mortgage loan applicant for the purpose of evaluating such prospective applicant's qualification for mortgage financing, other than in connection with a Mortgage Loan Application.
