Potential growth share opportunities definition

Potential growth share opportunities means the difference between the projected growth share obligation resulting from the household and employment projections provided by the Council in chapter Appendix F and the projected growth share obligation resulting from a household and employment growth projection adjustment as determined pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:97-5.6.

Related to Potential growth share opportunities

  • Business Opportunity means any commercial, investment or other business opportunity relating to the Business.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Confluent growth means a continuous bacterial growth covering the entire filtration area of a membrane filter, or a portion thereof, in which bacterial colonies are not discrete.

  • Company Affiliate means any Person that is (or at any relevant time was) under common control with the Company within the meaning of Sections 414(b), (c), (m) and (o) of the Code, and the regulations issued thereunder.

  • Focus means limiting the number of items included in a curriculum to allow for deeper exploration of the subject matter.

  • Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.

  • Insight as used in this clause, means technical visibility into the Program, maintained through audit, surveillance, assessment of trends and metrics, software independent verification and validation, the flight readiness review process, and review or independent assessment of out-of-family anomalies occurring in any phase of the program.

  • Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.

  • EPS means earnings per share.

  • Student Growth means the change in Student Achievement data for an individual student between two points in time. Growth may also include other measures that are rigorous and comparable across classrooms.

  • Competitors means any Person who is not an Affiliate of a Loan Party and who engages (or whose Affiliate engages), as its primary business, in the same or similar business as a material business of the Loan Parties.

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.
