Payoff Period For the first Distribution Date, the period from the Cut-Off Date through November 14, 2005, inclusive; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the period from the 15th day of the Prior Period through the 14th day of the month of such Distribution Date, inclusive.
Tariff period means the period for which tariff is to be determined by the Commission on the basis of norms specified under these Regulations;
Off-Peak Period means the period during which the demand on an electric utility system is not at or near its maximum. For the purpose of this section, the off-peak period includes all hours that are not in the peak period.
Post-Closing Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) beginning after the Closing Date.
Pre-Deconsolidation Period means any Tax Period ending on or before the Deconsolidation Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period ending on the Deconsolidation Date.
Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.
Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and
Periodic Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.
Eviction Relief Period means the term of this Agreement.
Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.
Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.
Look-back Period means, with respect to any Employment Violation by Grantee, the period beginning on the date which is 12 months prior to the date of such Employment Violation by Grantee and ending on the date of computation of the Recapture Amount with respect to such Employment Violation.
Post-Deconsolidation Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Deconsolidation Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period beginning the day after the Deconsolidation Date.
Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Computation Period means each period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending on the last day of a Fiscal Quarter.
Post-Change Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the second anniversary of the occurrence of such Change in Control.
Post-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of a Straddle Period beginning the day after the Closing Date.
Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.
Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.
ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the ECB Recommended Rate is no longer provided, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;
Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
Allocation Period means (a) the period commencing on February 10, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016, (b) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (c) any portion of the period described in clause (a) or (b) for which the Partnership is required to allocate Net Profits, Net Losses, and other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to ARTICLE IV.
Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.
Acquisition Period means any period commencing on the date that a Material Acquisition is consummated through and including the last day of the second full fiscal quarter following the date on which such acquisition is consummated; provided that there shall be at least one full fiscal quarter between any two Acquisition Periods.
