Eviction Relief Period definition

Eviction Relief Period means the term of this Agreement.

Related to Eviction Relief Period

  • Relief Event means any of the following events or circumstances if and to the extent it interferes adversely with, or causes a failure of, the carrying out of the Design, the Construction or the Services or causes an Unavailability Event:

  • Excused absence means an absence from school that is authorized by the local school administrator or local school corporation rule.

  • Unexcused absence means an absence from school that is not authorized by the local school administrator or local school corporation rule.

  • Computation Period means each period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending on the last day of a Fiscal Quarter.

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Approved Leave of Absence means a leave of absence that has been approved by the applicable Participating Company in such a manner as the Board may determine from time to time.

  • Concession Period means the period starting on and from the Appointed Date and ending on the Transfer Date;
