Possession Period definition

Possession Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 7.1(b);
Possession Period means the period beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Repossession Date.

More Definitions of Possession Period

Possession Period means, for each portion of Vacate Space surrendered to Purchaser, a time period equal to the number of days between the Closing Date and the date on which Seller surrenders possession of such Vacate Space in conformity with the requirements of Section 11.

Related to Possession Period

  • Possession Date means the date of execution of this Agreement;
