Policy Date definition

Policy Date means the date on which the Search Report was prepared.

Policy Date. The Policy Date is the date the provisions of this Policy take effect. It is shown on the Policy Data Page. Policy years and policy months are measured from the Policy Date.

Policy Date means the date stated on the Benefit and Premium Information Schedule from which policy anniversaries, policy years, policy months and premium due dates are determined.

Policy Date means the date set forth in the policy that is used to determine policy anniversary dates and policy years. The policy date is also used to figure the start of the contestability period.

Policy Date means the effective date for all coverage provided in the application. The policy date is used to determine policy anniversary dates, policy years and monthly activity dates. Policy anniversaries are measured from the policy date. The policy date and the issue date will be the same unless: 1) an earlier policy date is specifically requested, or 2) additional premiums or application amendments are required at the time of delivery, in which case the policy date will be earlier.
