Point of Delivery (POD means the point where the Company transfers Power from the Company's Distribution System to the ROA Customer's service location.
Point of Delivery (POD means the connection between a public water system and the private property owner’s water system. On the private property side of the connection, the Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code applies. Refer to OAR 333-0061- 0020.

  • Availability: Option M is available to Distribution Generation (DG) Customers that are interconnected to the distribution system downstream of a FortisAlberta transmission Point of Delivery (POD) and which are exporting into the Alberta Interconnected Electric System (AIES).

Point of Delivery (POD means the point at which the Generating Unit delivers its power output to the ISO Controlled Grid, whether by direct connection to the ISO Controlled Grid, or through compensation of the ISO revenue meter if connected to the Utility Distribution Company (UDC) Distribution System.

  • Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;

  • Point of Interconnection means the point or points where the Customer Interconnection Facilities interconnect with the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission System.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • point of supply means the point determined by the Municipality or any duly authorised official of the Municipality at which electricity is supplied to any premises by the Municipality;

This point can be an interconnection with another system or a substation where the transmission provider’s transmission and distribution systems are connected to another system.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Point of Sale means, for a Placement, the time at which an acquiror of Placement Shares entered into a contract, binding upon such acquiror, to acquire such Placement Shares.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Point of Impingement means any point outside the facility in the natural environment and as defined by s.2 of O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Base station means the station as set out in Part-II (SOQ) hereof where the vehicle(s) / equipment shall be permanently based, (i.e. based for minimum period of 10 (Ten) days at a stretch) which may be changed at the discretion of the Company.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
