Planned Project definition

Planned Project means each Project described on the attached Exhibit P. Borrower shall have the right to substitute another Planned Project in lieu of the Coral Springs Project, upon Lender’s consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • If Owner fails to provide access to properties within the Planned Project Limits by the times set forth under this Article 6, and if Contractor establishes, in accordance with the Contract, that such failure has impacted its cost or time of performance, Contractor shall be entitled to an appropriate Change Order, provided Contractor satisfies the requirements of Articles 13 and 19.

Related to Planned Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
