Placing Announcement the press announcement in the agreed form proposed to be issued by the Company in substantially such form immediately following the execution of this Agreement;

Placing Announcement means a press announcement to be issued on behalf of the Company as soon as reasonably practicable following the execution of this Agreement and in a form to be agreed between the Company and the Placing Agent; Placing Period means the period from execution of this Agreement up to the Closing Date; Placing Price means HK$4.40 per Placing Share;

Placing Announcement means the press announcement in the agreed form and set out in Schedule 1 proposed to be issued by the Company in substantially such form as soon as reasonably practicable immediately following the execution of this Agreement;

Examples of Placing Announcement in a sentence

• As disclosed in the Time Easy 2007 Placing Announcement, Time Easy’s shareholding interest in the Company would be reduced to below 20% immediately following completion of the Maitex Transactions and accordingly, Time Easy would cease to be an associated company of the Company for the purposes of the Takeovers Code.

• Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the CB Extension Announcements and the Placing Announcement.
