PJM Market definition

PJM Market means the PJM Interchange Energy Market which Project Company is to sell all of its energy, capacity, ancillary services and environmental attributes pursuant to the QFCP-RC Tariff and the PJM Agreements, and any PJM successor market.
PJM Market means the PJM Interchange Energy Market together with all bilateral or other electric power and energy transactions, ancillary services transactions, and transmission transactions within the PJM Region.
PJM Market means any market for energy operated or administered by PJM, including the “Day-ahead Energy Market” or the “Real-time Energy Market.”
