Listing Market definition

Listing Market means the national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Listing Market means the NASDAQ Stock Market or any other national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading.

Listing Market means the Toronto Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange (or any of its successors on which the Common Shares are then listed for trading) or any other stock exchange on which the Common Shares are listed;

More Definitions of Listing Market

Listing Market means the New York Stock Exchange or, if the securities of the Company are not then listed on the New York Stock Exchange, such other national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading on any national securities exchange, or an automated quotation system sponsored by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Listing Market means the principal stock exchange or market on which Shares are then traded.

If an Eligible Security is dually listed, Listing Market shall mean the Participant’s Market on which the Eligible Security is listed that also has the highest number of the average of the reported transactions and reported share volume for the preceding 12-month period. The Listing Market for dually- listed Eligible Securities shall be determined at the beginning of each calendar quarter.

Listing Market means an exchange that lists NMS stocks.

Listing Market means the Nasdaq Stock Market or any national securities exchange on which the Company’s securities are listed for trading and, if not listed for trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market or a national securities exchange, then the Nasdaq Stock Market.
