Listing Market definition

Listing Market means the Nasdaq Stock Market or any other national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.
Listing Market means the OTC Bulletin Board or any other national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Market.
Listing Market means the Toronto Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange (or any of its successors on which the Common Shares are then listed for trading) or any other stock exchange on which the Common Shares are listed;

Examples of Listing Market in a sentence

Any installment or deferral provided for in the preceding sentence shall, however, be subject to the Company’s compliance with applicable law and all applicable rules of the Listing Market, and in a manner intended to be exempt from or otherwise satisfy the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.

Each Participant shall be required to continuously monitor the Hoot-n-Holler system during market hours, and the failure of a Participant to do so at any time shall not prevent the Listing Market from initiating a Regulatory Halt in accordance with the procedures specified herein.

The Listing Market will use best efforts to determine whether there is material news regarding the Eligible Security.

If an Eligible Security is dually listed, Listing Market shall mean the Participant’s Market on which the Eligible Security is listed that also has the highest number of the average of the reported transactions and reported share volume for the preceding 12-month period.

More Definitions of Listing Market

Listing Market means the Nasdaq Market or any other national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading.
Listing Market means the NASDAQ Stock Market or any other national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading or, if not so listed, any automated dealer quotation system on which the securities are quoted.

The Listing Market for dually- listed Eligible Securities shall be determined at the beginning of each calendar quarter.
Listing Market means the over-the-counter market or any other national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading.
