Pioneer Remediation Plan definition

Pioneer Remediation Plan means the Remediation Plan approved by the board of directors of Pioneer covering all of applicable the Pioneer Entities.

Related to Pioneer Remediation Plan

  • Remediation Plan means a report identifying:

  • Remedial Action Plan has the meaning provided in Section 3.9(c)(ii).

  • Corrective Action Plan has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Remediation waste means all solid and hazardous wastes, and all media (including groundwater, surface water, soils, and sediments) and debris that are managed for implementing cleanup.

  • Action Plan means an action plan as defined in the AEP Regulations in relation to the Premises;]

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Remediation waste management site means a facility where an owner or operator is or will be treating, storing or disposing of hazardous remediation wastes. A remediation waste management site is not a facility that is subject to corrective action under § 264.101 of this regulation, but is subject to corrective action requirements if the site is located in such a facility.

  • Environmental Harm means serious or material environmental harm or environmental nuisance as defined in the Environmental Protection Xxx 0000 (Qld);

  • Pre-existing Medical Condition means any condition which:

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Licensed site remediation professional means an individual

  • Mitigation plan means a proposal that includes the process or means to achieve carbon dioxide mitigation through use of mitigation projects or carbon credits.

  • Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;

  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means the Schedule containing plans and provisions for business continuity and disaster recovery.

  • Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated July 31, 2023, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Recipient shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.

  • Emergency Action Plan means the plan referred to in Section I.G of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, detailing the activities, budget, implementation plan, and monitoring and evaluation arrangements, to respond to the Eligible Crisis or Emergency.

  • Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.

  • Construction Plan means a representation of a project site and all activities associated with the project. The plan includes the location of the project site, buildings and other infrastructure, grading activities, schedules for implementation, and other pertinent information related to the project site. A storm water pollution prevention plan is a part of the construction plan.

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is an assessment of the environmental condition of the Property performed in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E1527-05 “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process,” or any successor to such ASTM Standard which is active at the time of the assessment.

  • Conservation Plan means a document that outlines how a project site will be managed using best management practices to avoid potential negative environmental impacts.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Company Operating Agreement means that certain Eighth Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of September 20, 2013, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Environmental and Social Management Plan or “ESMP” means a site-specific environmental and social management plan to be prepared in accordance with the parameters laid down in the ESMF and acceptable to the Association, setting forth a set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the Project activities to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels, and including the actions needed to implement these measures.

  • Environmental, Health and Safety Liabilities means any cost, damages, expense, liability, obligation or other responsibility arising from or under any Environmental Law.
