Phase 1 Development Plan definition

Phase 1 Development Plan means, with respect to ARQ 092, the plan for a Phase 1 Clinical Trial mutually agreed upon and executed by the Parties, as the same may be amended, modified or updated in accordance with Section 3.1.2(b).

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a clinical trial conducted in healthy humans or patients, which clinical trial is designed to establish the safety, drug-drug interactions and/or pharmacokinetics of an investigational drug given its intended use, and to support continued testing of such drug in Phase II Clinical Trials.
