Pharma Product definition

Pharma Product means any pharmaceutical product comprising or based upon the PIVOT API, whether or not as the sole active ingredient, in any dosage form or formulation developed by SOLMIC using SOLMIC’s Intellectual Property, whereas the classification as “pharmaceutical” shall be made in accordance with the Applicable Law of any given country or jurisdiction in which such product is Commercialized.
Pharma Product means any product containing a PHARMA Compound.
