Period of this Lease definition

Period of this Lease means the Duration together with any continuation thereof whether by tacit relocation, under an Act of Parliament or for any other reason;
Period of this Lease means as the context requires (1) the period for which this Lease is granted together with any continuation thereof constituted by a formal extension entered into between the parties or arising by operation of law and (2) any shorter period arising by virtue of the sooner determination of this Lease;

Related to Period of this Lease

  • Term of this Lease or “Term” means the time during which this Lease is in effect, as provided for in Article 3 of this Site Lease.

  • Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) the Note Principal Balance of the Obligations is zero; (ii) any period during which any Scheduled Payment could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law shall have expired and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.

  • Subleased Premises means approximately -18;961 rentable square feet on the 141h floor of the Building, as more specifically depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Subleased Premises include all of the Leased Premises identified in the Prime Lease.

  • Disturbed area means an area where the ground cover is destroyed or removed leaving the land subject to accelerated erosion.

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Waters of this state means any waters within the territorial limits of this state.

  • Commencement Date of the Contract means the date of signing of the Contract between the Purchaser and the Contractor.
