Performing Lease definition

Performing Lease means, as of any date of determination, any Eligible Lease that is not an Early Eligible Lease, a 1F1-Eligible Lease, a 2F2-Eligible Lease, a Late-Eligible Lease or a Test Merchandise Lease.
Performing Lease means, as of any date of determination, a Program Receivable that (a) is not more than 60 days past due as of the close of business on such date; (b) is Open; (c) is Active; (d) has a blank Status Code; and (e) has a blank Class Code.

More Definitions of Performing Lease

Performing Lease means, as of any Determination Date, any Lease with respect to which the Obligor has paid all payments then due. "Person" means any individual, corporation, estate, partnership, joint venture, association, joint stock company, trust (including any beneficiary thereof), unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Performing Lease means a Lease that is not (i) a Past Due Lease, (ii) a Suspended Lease, or (iii) a Lease that is subject to any pending repossession action or that is subject to any pending repossession action or as to which Seller has received a notice of an event that is, or with notice and/or lapse of time is likely to constitute, a material default or of any claim by a lessee or guarantor of a right of offset or counterclaim (as referenced in Section 6(h)(x) and identified on Schedule 6(h)(x)).
Performing Lease means, as of a specified date, a lease, a lease commitment or a binding offer to lease from a lessee or a proposed lessee, as applicable, (i) which is subject to a Qualified Use Commitment and (ii) under which no event of default exists as specified in the subject lease, lease commitment or offer to lease, as applicable.

  • Operating Lease of a Person means any lease of Property (other than a Capitalized Lease) by such Person as lessee which has an original term (including any required renewals and any renewals effective at the option of the lessor) of one year or more.

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.

  • Facility Lease means a lease or master lease with respect to any Real Property Asset owned or ground leased by any of the Consolidated Parties as lessor, to a third party Tenant, which, in the reasonable judgment of the Administrative Agent, is a triple net lease such that such Tenant is required to pay all taxes, utilities, insurance, maintenance, casualty insurance payments and other expenses with respect to the subject Real Property Asset (whether in the form of reimbursements or additional rent) in addition to the base rental payments required thereunder such that net operating income to the applicable Consolidated Party for such Real Property Asset (before non-cash items) equals the base rent paid thereunder; provided, that each such lease or master lease shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of the Trust, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of the Trust if the Trust has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.
