Payment Valuation Date definition

Payment Valuation Date means a date that is determined based on a number of Business Days prior to any amortization or interest payment date, as specified in a Conversion Notification Letter.
Payment Valuation Date means the Valuation Date within a calendar quarter on which the PRISA II Management Fee is payable.
