Obligation Currency definition
Obligation Currency shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.18(a).
Obligation Currency means the currency or currencies in which an Obligation is denominated.
Obligation Currency shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.20.
Examples of Obligation Currency in a sentence
The term “rate of exchange” in this Section means the rate of exchange for such conversion as quoted by the Bank of Canada at the close of business on the Business Day that such conversion is to be made from the Obligation Currency against the Judgment Currency, and if no such rate is quoted, the spot rate of exchange quoted for wholesale transactions by the Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto, Ontario on the Business Day such conversion is to be made in accordance with its normal practice.
