Obligation Currency definition

Obligation Currency shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.18(a).
Obligation Currency means the currency or currencies in which an Obligation is denominated.
Obligation Currency shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.16(a).

Examples of Obligation Currency in a sentence

  • In all other cases, USD 1,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency as of the occurrence of the relevant Failure to Pay.
