Note Parties. Except as permitted or required under Sections 2.9 or 2.10, no Note Party will, and Issuer will not permit any of its Subsidiaries or any of the Note Parties to, directly or indirectly, offer to purchase, prepay, redeem or otherwise acquire any outstanding Notes.
Note Parties. Except as set forth on Schedule 7.14 or as disclosed in writing to the Agent (which shall promptly furnish a copy to the Holders), which shall be a supplement to Schedule 7.14, there are no other Note Parties.
