Party of origin definition

Party of origin means the Contracting Party or Parties to this Convention under whose jurisdiction a proposed activity is envisaged to take place;
Party of origin means any Party or Parties under whose jurisdiction an industrial accident occurs or is capable of occurring;
Party of origin means the Contracting Party(ies) to this Protocol under jurisdiction of which the proposed activity listed in the Annex 1 to this Protocol is planned to be implemented;
