Partnership Guarantee definition

Partnership Guarantee means the Partnership Guarantee Agreement dated as of February __, 1997, by the Company in favor of the Partnership Preferred Security Holders with respect to the Partnership Preferred Securities, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Partnership Guarantee means the Partnership Guarantee Agreement dated as of November __, 1996 by the Company in favor of the Partnership Preferred Security Holders with respect to the Partnership Preferred Securities, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
