Partner Merchants definition

Partner Merchants means the merchants currently participating in the Programme and may include DBS Bank (as the case may be).
Partner Merchants means the Third Party Sears Merchants and the Third Party Non-Sears Merchants.

  • The Partner Merchants shall make Awards by crediting the Customer’s Loyalty Account with the relevant number of POSB/ DBS Loyalty Dollars.

  • Bonus Cashback at Select Partner Merchants: The Bank will conduct several Cashback offers based on select categories or across Bank preferred partners.

  • The Annual Fee will be charged by Bandwango to Partner to support all managed accounting and customer service operations for Partner, Merchants, and Customers.

Related to Partner Merchants

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • General Partner has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • General Partner Interest means the ownership interest of the General Partner in the Partnership (in its capacity as a general partner) and includes any and all benefits to which the General Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of the General Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.

  • General Partner Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.B.

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

"Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing" or "MECAB" refers to the document prepared by the Billing Committee of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECAB document, published by ATIS (0401004-00XX), contains the recommended guidelines for the Billing of an access service provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC), or by one (1) LEC in two (2) or more states within a single LATA. "Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier. The N-1 Carrier is responsible for performing the database queries (under the FCC's rules) to determine the LRN value for correctly routing a call to a ported number. "National Emergency Number Association" or "NENA" is an association which fosters the technological advancement, availability and implementation of 911 Service nationwide through research, planning, training, certification, technical assistance and legislative representation.

  • Mobility means the ability to move indoors from room to room on level surfaces.

  • Partner Level means the program levels as described in detail in the applicable PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • DG means Distributed Generation.

  • Hispanic American means a person having origins in any of the Spanish-speaking peoples of Mexico, South or Central America, or the Caribbean Islands or other Spanish or Portuguese cultures and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.
