Park Land definition

Park Land means land that is designated on the Site Plan as “Park Land”.
Park Land means Crown land constituted under The Parks Act as a provincial park, protected area, recreation site, or historic site.

Park Land means all real property owned by federal, state and/or local governments that has been designated by such governmental entity for use as a public park.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

  • the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;

  • Vacant Land means the land parcels described on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.
