Parent Tax Returns has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6(a).

Parent Tax Returns means all reports, returns, declarations, statements filed or required to be filed (including any elections, declarations, schedules or attachments thereto, and any amendment thereof), including any information return, claim for refund, amended return or declaration of estimated Tax, and including, where permitted or required, combined, consolidated or unitary returns for any group of entities that includes Parent or any Subsidiaries thereof.
