Pandemic Event definition

Pandemic Event means the occurrence or continued existence of any epidemic over a wide geographical area and affecting a large proportion of the population and includes the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

  • If a Pandemic Event occurs or exists, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure of the Collection Contractor to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Pandemic Event means the occurrence of an epidemic or pandemic in the State or directly affecting the State (including the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic after the Notice to Proceed), where:
