Paladin Disclosure Schedule definition

Paladin Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Paladin OP to Parent concurrently with the execution of this Agreement for which the disclosure of any fact or item in any Section of such disclosure schedule shall, should the existence of such fact or item be relevant to any other section, be deemed to be disclosed with respect to that other Section so long as the relevance of such disclosure to such other Section is reasonably apparent on its face from the nature of such disclosure. Nothing in the Paladin Disclosure Schedule is intended to broaden the scope of any representation or warranty of Paladin or Paladin OP made herein.

  • Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by Parent to the Company.
