Overrun Charges definition

Overrun Charges means the Injection Overrun Charge and/or the Withdrawal Overrun Charge (as the context so requires);
Overrun Charges means the charges payable in respect of an Overrun as
Overrun Charges means the charges as described in 3.13.

Examples of Overrun Charges in a sentence

  • System Entry Overrun Charges shall be invoiced and payable in accordance with Section S.

  • The transfer process has been actioned as to the process described in the TSA and ICD under a default event.

  • Overrun Charges will be collected and the revenues will be credited to the monthly Cost of Purchased Gas Adjustment Clause.

  • Where, in relation to any NTS Exit Point an Overrun User is appointed in respect of any Day, for the purposes of this paragraph 3.13 all amounts payable (by any relevant User) by way of NTS Exit (Flat) Overrun Charges in respect of such NTS Exit Point and such Day shall be payable by the Overrun User (and no relevant User other than the Overrun User shall be liable to pay such amounts).

  • If, on any Day, Shipper shall fail to transport or cause to be transported the Scheduled Daily Quantity away from the Delivery Point or to the Receipt Point, Shipper shall be liable for Unauthorized Overrun Charges for such Day.

  • Where this paragraph applies, System Entry Overrun Charges under TPD Section B2.12 or (as the case may be) NTS Exit (Flat) Overrun Charges under TPD Section B3.13 will not be payable by Users in respect of the Day and the relevant Interconnection Point in the relevant Direction.

  • The booking of capacity ensures that the User will not incur System Entry Overrun Charges.

  • During any month for which the Company receives an overrun charge from a pipeline supplier, there shall be an overrun charge as prescribed in the section below entitled "Overrun Charges".

  • Certain charges in respect of NTS Capacity (but not including Overrun Charges) or the surrender of NTS Capacity are classified as components of SO allowed revenue but as they are levied for in respect of a Transmission Service, need to be included within Transmission Services Charge revenue.

  • At entry, in order to incentivise accurate IP Capacity bookings and help ensure efficient use of the network, the Licence requires that Entry Overrun Charges may be levied.


More Definitions of Overrun Charges

Overrun Charges means the charges payable in respect of an Overrun as described in Attachment C5.
Overrun Charges means the charges payable by a User in respect of use of the system for gas quantities (in this context the allocation) in excess of the User’s Entry Capacity Entitlement or Exit Capacity Entitlement (as applicable) at the IP [UNC TPD B1.3.1];

Related to Overrun Charges

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Debt charges means the principal, including any mandatory sinking fund deposits and mandatory redemption payments, interest, and any redemption premium, payable on securities as those payments come due and are payable. The use of "debt charges" for this purpose does not imply that any particular securities constitute debt within the meaning of the Ohio Constitution or other laws.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Property Expenses means the costs (including, but not limited to, payroll, taxes, assessments, insurance, utilities, landscaping and other similar charges) of operating and maintaining any Eligible Property or Property which secures Other Recourse Debt that are the responsibility of the Borrower or the applicable Material Subsidiary that are not paid directly by any Tenant, but excluding depreciation, amortization, interest costs and maintenance capital expenditures.

  • Cancellation Charges means collectively (i) the Booking Amount; (ii) all interest liabilities of the Allottee accrued till date of cancellation; and (iii) brokerage paid to real estate agent/channel partner/broker, if any (iv) the stipulated charges on account of dishonour of cheque; (v) administrative charges as per Promoter’s policy and (vi) amount of stamp duty and registration charges to be paid/paid on deed of Cancellation of this Agreement
