Outside Facility definition

Outside Facility means any pharmaceutical manufacturing ---------------- facility, including without limitation a facility owned or leased by GWI or any GWI Affiliate, at which Products are or are sought by GWI to be manufactured, other than the Facility.
Outside Facility means a facility that is not part of the practitioner’s individual or group practice.
