Outgoing Tenant definition

Outgoing Tenant means the person who is the Tenant under this Underlease immediately prior to any assignment to a Special Assignee
Outgoing Tenant is the tenant that is leaving the Property before the end of the agreement date 32.13. “Remaining tenants” are the tenants the will continue residing at the Property up to the end of the agreement date
