OTSA means any operational transportation services agreement entered into between the Service Providers and the Shipper or any Secondary Shipper. Out-of-Specification Gas means gas which does not comply with the Gas Specifications.

Overdue Rate means, in respect of a period, a rate equivalent to 2% per annum above the Bank Bill Rate for that period. Overrun Gas has the meaning given in clause 5.5(a).
