OTSA definition

OTSA means any operational transportation services agreement entered into between the Service Providers and the Shipper or any Secondary Shipper. Out-of-Specification Gas means gas which does not comply with the Gas Specifications.
OTSA is defined in Section 5.6(h).
OTSA means any operational transportation services agreement entered into between the Transporter and the Shipper or any Secondary Shipper. Overdue Rate means, in respect of a period, a rate equivalent to 2% per annum above the Bank Bill Rate for that period. Overrun Gas has the meaning given in clause 5.5(a).
