Secondary Shipper definition

Secondary Shipper means a shipper that holds Contracted Capacity pursuant to an Exchange Trade, Bilateral Trade or through the Capacity Auction. Service means a type of service listed in clause 3.1.
Secondary Shipper means a counterparty to whom Shipper intends to sublet a part or all of the Committed Capacity in the form of transfer-of-right-of-use (“Subletting”).
