Other Supported Party definition

Other Supported Party means, at any time, an agent or a lender or an Affiliate of an agent or a lender under a Major Credit Facility which at such time is a creditor under or in connection with an Other Supported Agreement.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

"Principal officers" means the president, chief operating officer, executive director, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of a legal entity or any person exercising similar authority.

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.
