Other Network User definition

Other Network User means a person other than the Network User, who has entered into an agreement with the Distributor for the provision of Line Function Services by the Distributor to that Other Network User;

  • If Contracting Party is an End User or Other Network User, he will have access to Online services relating to the entry and exit points stated in the Contract.

  • In the event of a dispute between the Network User and any Other Network User for the right to supply a Customer, the person shown on the Registry database at the time of supply will be the person responsible for payment of Line Function Charges under this Agreement.

Related to Other Network User

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • BT Network means BT’s public electronic communications network;

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES.   • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Advertiser means the person or organisation whose product or service is being advertised, or whose name or image is mentioned or promoted in an advertisement;

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan. Merchant Transmission Facilities:

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure Authentication.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Non-Network Provider means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.
