Line Function Services definition

Line Function Services means the provision, maintenance and operation of Fittings for the conveyance of Electricity to Consumers’ Points of Supply in accordance with Good Industry Practice and includes Remote Signal Services and Remote Data Communication Services;
Line Function Services means “line function services” in relation to a “distribution system”, as those terms are defined in the Gas Act 1992.
Line Function Services means the provision and maintenance of works for the conveyance of electricity and the operation of such works, including the control of voltage and assumption of responsibility for losses of electricity;

Examples of Line Function Services in a sentence

  • Line Function Services in the case of: a) electricity, has the meaning set out in section 2 of the Electricity Act 1992 and as further provided for in contracts with Consumers, and includes metering services where an electricity Lines Company provides these services; and b) gas, has the meaning set out in section 2 of the Gas Act 1992 and as further provided for in a contracts with Consumers, and includes metering services where a gas Lines Company provides these services.

  • A Consumer Contract must specify the Consumer’s obligation to comply with all Line Function Services safety and technical requirements provided for under any Regulations or Industry Standards , and the reasonable technical requirements of the Lines Company (if relevant), and set out where the Consumer can access information about those requirements if that information is not held by the Company.

  • Unless the Network User otherwise agrees in writing, the Distributor will only enter into a Line Function Services Agreement with a Consumer, if that Consumer has a supply capacity which exceeds 250kVA at the Consumer’s Point of Supply.

  • Line Function Services means the provision and operation of the Network.

  • Unless within 10 Working Days of receiving that notice the Retailer has entered into a Consumer Contract providing for the immediate commencement of Gas supply and Line Function Services at that ICP, and notified the Distributor accordingly, the Distributor may disconnect the consumer’s installation at that ICP, subject to clause 13.

Related to Line Function Services

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Information Service is the offering of a capability for generating, acquiring, storing, transforming, processing, retrieving, utilizing, or making available information via Telecommunications, and includes electronic publishing, but does not include any use of any such capability for the management, control, or operation of a Telecommunications system or the management of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;
