Other Investment Income definition

Other Investment Income means, for any period, the sum for MCC and its Restricted Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis without duplication in accordance with GAAP), of the aggregate amount of cash dividends and cash interest received by MCC and its Restricted Subsidiaries during such period in respect of Investments in preferred and common stock and notes and other debt securities (including, without limitation, Cash and Cash Equivalents) held by MCC and its Restricted Subsidiaries.
Other Investment Income means, for any period, the sum for MCC, the Borrower and its Restrictedtheir respective Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis without duplication in accordance with GAAP as if the Borrower and its Subsidiaries were Subsidiaries of MCC), of the aggregate amount of cash dividends and cash interest received by MCC, the Borrower and its Restrictedtheir respective Subsidiaries during such period in respect of Investments in preferred and common stock and notes and other debt securities (including, without limitation, Cash and Cash Equivalents) held by MCC, the Borrower and its Restrictedtheir respective Subsidiaries.

  • Investment Company Act of 1940 means the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Investment Canada Act means the Investment Canada Act (Canada).

  • Investment interest means investment interest as defined in section 163(d)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
