Original Term Rent Payments definition

Original Term Rent Payments means all rent payments made by Lessee to Lessor in the Original Term.

Related to Original Term Rent Payments

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.

  • Rent Payment means the amount payable by Lessee for the Assets as specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • Past Due Rent Payment is defined in Section 2.2(g).

  • Rent Payment Date means each date on which an installment of rent is due and payable pursuant to Section 5(a) hereof.

  • Minimum Rent means Fifty Million Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Six and 00/100ths Dollars ($50,033,976.00), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Additional Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

  • Additional Term Loans means any term loan added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c)(i).

  • Initial Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a).

  • Original Term Loans means the "Term Loans" under, and as defined in, the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Rental Payments means the rental payments paid by the occupant of a unit, excluding any supplemental rental assistance to the occupant from the State, the federal government, or any other public agency, but including any mandatory fees or charges imposed on the occupant by the Owner as a condition of occupancy of the unit.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Extended Term Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.

  • Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $32.50 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.   • Initial Term Loans means the term loans made by the Lenders on the Closing Date to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • Annual Fixed Rent See Exhibit A, and Section 3.1.

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Installment Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(ii).

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Short-term rental (STR) means a rental of any dwelling, in whole or in part, within the City of Trinidad, to any person(s) for transient use, other than (1) a permitted bed and breakfast, (2) ongoing month-to-month tenancy granted to the same renter for the same dwelling, (3) one less-than-30-day rental per year, or (4) a house exchange for which there is no payment.

  • Consolidated Rental Payments means, for any period, the aggregate amount of all rents paid or payable by Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis during that period under all Capital Leases and Operating Leases to which Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party as lessee.
